Hi July, Tell me how you have been so successful to get unhooked from the net? I need some tips to be disconnected like you.
haha,很容易的，不说话就是了。的确需要点毅力，但只要提醒自己，说话和不说话都是习惯，养成习惯的一开始总有点难，养成不上网的习惯，再让你上网也难了。
